THE GROUP
N.I.D.O. SpA is an holding company established in 2006 to provide business intelligence servicesto the shared companies of the Group. At the end of 2011, N.I.D.O. became a ‘SpA Società per Azioni’, a public Limited Co., increasing the capital share and stepping directly into the market competition. Today, NIDO SpA deals with sales, maintenance and development of hardware and software solutions, and strategic consulting in the referential market segments: Secure ID, Mobile & Payment, Smart Technologies.
The companies part of the Group share a common background and a well-established position in the business of the Card & Document Management. This means, N.I.D.O. can rely on specialized and trained resources for custom software development and system engineering. Working together, they can fulfill almost all requests regarding plastic cards personalization and document mailing. At the same time, they can also offer specific and complementary expertise in the different fields of data security, optical reading, laser engraving, industrial automation.
Competence and determination, joined to the know- how acquired from direct experience, are the basis on which we build up our success, investing in learning and new solutions, with the aim to fulfill the need of technology and security in complex and demanding markets as Secure ID, Mobile & Payment.
